Seasonal Fix Program
  The Seasonal FIX maintenance program provides seasonal, pre-scheduled home visits from a FIX Home Services technician.
We will notify you approximately ten days before our regularly scheduled visit. At that time, we will inform you of the seasonal items we will be inspecting and maintaining and ask you about any projects you would like completed.

The Seasonal FIX maintenance program requires an annual service agreement costing $139/quarter. Two-hour quarterly visits are included under this agreement to complete both seasonal maintenance and additional projects.

Maintenance and inspection is anticipated to require one hour of each seasonal visit leaving an additional hour of time for your other projects. In the event that an inspection uncovers the need for additional work, we will review the work with you before
completing it.

1. Check/change water and air filters
2. Test fire and Carbon Monoxide Alarms
3. Clean air registers / check ducts for cleaning/sealing
4. Check/flush water heater
5. Check/re-caulk bathrooms
6. Maintain fireplace
7. Shut off/cover hose bibs
8. Store summer furniture & garden hoses
9. Check emergency supplies/fire extinguisher
10. Check/tighten fasteners (door pulls, window locks, etc.)

2. Test fire and Carbon Monoxide Alarm
3. Check/maintain furnace
4. Check/clean gutters
5. Check/seal windows & doors
6. Check/upgrade insulation
7. Clear exterior drains and down-spouts
8. Inspect/maintain exterior chimney

10. Inspect roof and repair flashing
11. Check crawl space for water and pests

4. Inspect/test sprinkler system
5. Maintain & Clean appliances (check hoses & connections)
6. Clean out fireplace
7. Inspect/repair kitchen cabinets and counters for damage
8. Inspect breaker panel / label as needed
9. Inspect/repair outlets (lose/grounded)
